Not working after updating WordPress

I have been building a website over the past several weeks and have been using the Simple Links plugin, a requirement of the client. It worked great until today when I updated WordPress to version 5.4. The shortcode for the links I have already added are still working fine, but I just moved on to a new category and cannot get it to show any of the links for that category. I have verified that the slug in the shortcode is correct, and if I swap out that category with one that was entered prior to the update, it works. I checked to be sure I am using the most updated version of your plugin, and it appears I am (v4.7.0). The shortcode I am using is [simple-links category=”newsletter”].
