    Hi Alex!
First of all I wanted to thank you for your work with this plugin. Light, simple and effective. It does just what it is expected to do, and best of all, it does it very well.

We have recently updated the WooCommerce plugin on one of our websites (anagarciainteriorista.com) and after the update we have detected that “Woo Custom Emails Per Product” has stopped working.

Actually, we don’t know from which version it stopped working since it was a silent error: just the custom messages have stopped showing, so several WooCommerce version updates may have been made since the issue started.

I wish I could help make it work. If I can provide you with any information that is useful to help you locate and solve the problem, I will be happy to put it at your service.

    Greetings from Murcia, Spain.

    Hi again Alex,

We’ve checked that the message is added only the first time we send it. If we resend the order details to the customer the message will not be attached. This could be a plugin improvement for further versions ^_^

    Hi @juanjodll

Thanks for using my plugin, and for the great review!

I understand this is confusing, but maybe I can shed some light:

When I’m testing this plugin locally, I go into the Order and change its Status from “Processing” to “On-Hold,” Save, then change the Order Status back again.

I do this because the plugin watches out for the change of an Order to go from one status to another.

Let’s say you have your Custom Email Message set to be on “Processing” status, it will include the message when the order changes to that status in the back-end.

If you attempt to re-send an email when the Order is still in the same Status, obviously there is no change for the plugin to look out for and add your message.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks again for using Woo Custom Emails Per Product!
