Not working after WordPress upgrade

    When I upgrade my WordPress to version 4.7.1, my sidebars switch from the right side to the left side of the page. I’ve downgraded to version 4.6.2 as a temporary fix. The sidebars are fine in that version. I’m using a Genesis child theme, if that matters. Thanks for your help.

  • Hi @teamrciacom,

    Custom Sidebars shouldn’t have any issues with WP 4.7.1 but it could be specific to the theme you’re using.
    Could you tell us which Genesis child theme you’re using and the version number of both Genesis framework and child theme so we can investigate this further?

    Thanks for getting back to me. My Genesis theme was out of date. Once I upgraded, the Custom Sidebars plugin worked fine.
