    Hi, I have a website with Avada theme installed, and I used easy charts. But since a couple of weeks, the plug in doesn’t work : the pages with charts are empty. Can you help me with that please ? Thank you.

    Hi @marcgoudy

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Hi Kiran,

    I did what you asked me to do, but no result :/ still not working. I really don’t understand whit this is not working as it was perfectly working before. I wonder if it is the result of a wordpress update ?

    Hi @marcgoudy,

    I might have found the fix for this. Apparently, the javascript library on which Easy charts plugin is based, does not accept a number less than 1 for Configuration -> Margin settings of the chart.

    Please update your charts settings for Margin Configuration to have values as 1 or a higher number. Restriction on margin configuration to have numbers greater than zero is already in place.
