Can you go to the Koko Analytics Settings page and click “save” (no need to change any setting) and see if that makes it work again?

    Ho @lapzor

thx for answering. I just tested it, same as before. The funny thing: now I’m seeing only the newest stats … please see: https://gyazo.com/fb14918ea4d534c13d2529a816c69350.

I’m wokring with your plugin on one other page with the complete same settings, theme, plugins and so on and there it’s working fine. You cann se it here: https://gyazo.com/6e780e60b5018594e7a766028a30d03c.

I’ve also tested it with “empty cache”. Can thre be somoething wrong with the koko-analytics-collect.php in the main ftp folder? Can I delete it and does your plugin create a new one?

Thank you for the screenshots. What version number of Koko are you on?

I think it wasn’t working for awhile, and then after you went to the settings age and clicked save it re-created the tracker and now it’s been tracking again since then. I’m sorry to tell you there will be no way to recover the data from the in between period as that is just never been saved. It has to do with the way the plugin created and maintains the tracking code that was updated recently.

Thanks, no problem. I’ll just keep an eye on it and then get in touch with you if any further problems should arise.
