    I have press “save” button and the number has start back from 1.
    Now I have updated the number.
    Don’t know what happens.

    I don’t think this is resolved. Since the last update we have problems wuith order numbers skipping on several sites.

    I’ve just had the same problem. The plugin was installed two years ago to this day and I think this happens every year and we have to reset the number on the plugin.

    Our customer is getting frustrated as it throws them out of sinc and need it in order. Any reason why it refreshes and restarts yearly?

    We have fixed it in our latest release. Kindly update the plugin and check. Let us know how it goes.

    OK – thanks for your help with this.

    Unfortunately I have to say its not resolved. I tested the latest update on the staging site and it was ok. Updated the live page with the latest plugin version. After an hour I get an order coming in. The email order number is 4407 where the order itself should be and is 4006 in the wordpress back end. SO the customer gets a wrong Order ID and any support with emails goes bonkers. Is there quick fix other than disabling the plugin?
