not working anymore

  • shortcode is on the page, only thing that changes is plugin updates nothing new where are my audio ? help

    the page displays the shortcode nothing else

    Do you have AudioIgniter plugin active? Have you checked for third party plugin conflicts https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/checking-for-plugin-conflicts/?

    yes of course . I have two sites same problem. I don’t see any conflicts. It was working fine for one year now all of a sudden all I see is short code. I am not sure when that happened.

    Do you have the PRO or the free version of the plugin? Can you readd the shortcode in another test page and test it does it work?

    have you checked for any plugin conflicts like in my previous article?

    Do you have any custom code that might affect shortcodes in general?

    Can you try this shortcode for example

    [audio src="https://www.cssigniter.com/assets/audioigniter/flame.mp3"]

    If you switch themes does the player appear normally?
    Are you using the Shortcode block to render the shortcode?

    Can you also share your shortcode you are using? And a screenshot where are you adding it? A URL will help also where the shortcode appears unrendered
