Thank you for contacting us. We have tested the plugin with the most popular AdBlock extensions and browsers possible. But still, we can miss some or make mistakes. Keep in mind that some browsers have built-in adblockers like opera and brave. So you may need to turn them off in your browser settings too.
We’re here to help you. If you want a quick solution we’ll need your help. Please give us the following details.
- What browser you are using? also, tell us the version of it if possible.
- What algorithm are you using? inline, random folder, or script proxy in general settings?
- What adblocker extension is installed in your browser?
You can try the following and see if it works.
- Try disabling every adblocker even the browser defaults.
- Try using incognito mode.
- Visit your site from a mobile device.
If any of this solves your problem then the plugin is working fine. In order to disable the plugin for your browser only just go to AdUnlocker > Assignments > IP Addresses then select Exclude and add your IP there. This will disable the popup for you only, even if you have adblockers enabled. You can find your IP by searching on google “My IP”. Let us know if any of these solutions work for you.
If the issue is minor we’ll quickly release a new version otherwise it’ll take some time to figure it out.
