Not working as it should

  • I downloaded this plugin since it was in the RealHomes theme suggestions.
    I installed and activated and it just did not show up in “Appearance“.
    After struggling to understand why for a very long while, I casually found it under “Tools (Strumenti) -> Import“.

    I’m sorry you had a bad experience with our plugin.

    By default the import page is in “Appearance -> Import demo data”, but theme and plugin authors can change the location of that page and that’s probably what happened in your case. Could you please contact the theme author and check that with them?

    I’ve found these instructions for their theme: https://realhomes.io/documentation/import-demo/#step-2. They say the demo import page should be at “Real Homes -> Demo Import”.

    We really appreciate the feedback, if you think we deserve a 1-start rating, that’s OK, but I would really appreciate it if you could change the rating to a higher number of stars ??
