Not working at all

works quite happily here on 3.8

If showing as text then possibilities are:
1) is plugin active ?
2) any caching plugins showing old content?
3) is correct shortcode entered ? ie
[do_widget yourwidgetname]

Whoops wrong link above but yes is working on 3.8 ??
