    I’m testing this on a server with WP_DEBUG enabled. There are no errors/warnings/notices, but it’s not working for me either. Using Web Developer > Network (in FF38), I can see that wpimagehover.css, elusive-webfont.css, wpimagehover.js and jquery.sharrre.min.js are being called though.

    In Web Developer > Console > CSS, there are many dropped declarations for this plugin.

    Perhaps a conflict with another plugin?
