Not working at all — incompatible?

    I’m building a site and want to auto-link from housing terminology to glossary terms in a tooltip form, but this plugin is frustrating me.

    When I go to the Settings and toggle to enable the glossary for posts and pages etc, scroll down and tap save, the page refreshes but the toggles are off again.

    Crazy-person that I am, I tried it about 15 times and weirdly, on the 15th time it worked but then when I tried to change more settings… it doesn’t work again. It acts like I asked it to Override All the Changes I Just Made and Refresh the Page.

    Very frustrating. I’m using a very standard theme (Astra) and only one other plugin (WP Modal Popup with Cookie Integration).

  • Hi,
    we already saw this kind of issues, usually there is a plugin that use CMB2 (the library we used to build the settings page) that execute stuff also in our settings page.
    Without an admin access I can confirm that issue, and for that kind of support we do it only for premium customers.

    Closing after 3 weeks.
