    Hello @gleenk ,

    i’m sorry to read your negative review but perhaps it would have been better if you had opened a support topic so that we could understand the problem better. At the moment we have no other reports of plugin malfunctions so it is possibly something related to your installation.

    Unfortunately, this is not an issue with our installation. We also tried with the default WordPress theme (twenty-one) and the pre-order button never appears. However, when using the official WooCommerce plugin, everything works fine, both on our custom template and on the default WordPress template. Sadly, we do not have the time to open a ticket and wait for responses as we have found an alternative solution that works.

    I faced the same issue when I tried to view the product on the single page. The pre-order button was not working.
