Not working AT ALL – using WP multisite

Collapse-O-Matic is exactly what I need, so I’m excited to use it! I’m sure I’m missing something very obvious, but I can’t get the functionality to run at all. It just displays the title and hidden content without any hide/open functionality or arrows. I apologize if this is a duplicate post, but I browsed the solutions, tried a few, but none of them seemed to make a difference.

I’ve tried deactivating all current plugins, and check/unchecking the “Only load scripts with shortcode” box. Currently, it’s unchecked. And I don’t believe I’m forcing an old version of jQuery.

My only thought is that it might be affected by using multisite. I’ve tried both a Network Activate setting on the plugin, and a single site activate.
