Not working at footer

    The shortcode [cyy year=”2003″ format=”Y”] doesn’t work in the footer.
    Is a feature of WordPress that doesn’t accept shortcode in footer?

    Good morning, check if you use ” (correct) or ” (uncorrect).

    Not in all place WordPress accept shortcodes, depends also from theme.
