Not working auto email instock product.

    Hey Support,

    I tried to automatic mail sent to clients but they not getting mails auto when i update the product variations and maiking it in stock , i already checked in stock number from which they will count , crons good to third plugin setting tested to but mail not sending. Only when user subcribed for first time but instock mail not getting to user only if i make it in mannual way.

    We’re here to assist you. Please check the followings:

    1.Is there any other stock-related plugin activated on your side/Is your site inventory synched from third party inventory? — If so, please enable the option: “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.” (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Section -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin)

    2. Check your status page to ensure that all settings are configured correctly, especially the cron status. (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status) and (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status -> Email Status) to know whether the email has been received on the admin email)

    3. Deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if it works properly—sometimes this issue may arise due to conflict between different plugins.

    Not everything works, but the question is how to doit because i now it only show when everything outofstock and i would like for example if i have size 37 of shoe the stock email label will be displayed and the person could chose exactly the variation he whants to be notified about.

    Hello there,

    We tested your product URL and noticed that the out-of-stock variation of the variable product is unselectable as a result of the plugin “Variation Swatches.” So from this point, the subscription form would fail to display.

    We suggest you check it out by changing the “Attribute behavior” of the swatches to selectable.
