Not working with BuddyPress 1.7 (Beta)

By the way, thanks a million David, you saved my skin with this! I was really worried I had to start from scratch with my social media system, as the email functionality was a pre-requisite.

I tried the master, but unfortunately doesn’t work for me.

After, I replace the files, I go to ‘Settings>Emails’, change the text and update it. The email sent though still shows the original text.

Perhaps, I am missing a step in the process here?

I installed the master of the GitHub repo and it works like a charm with WP 3.7.1 and BP 1.8.1! ??

The e-mails still sent the orgininal message. Any idea?
