Not working (can't find required files). Includes Fix!

It appears you need to change the jqhfu_enqueue_scripts() function found in jquery-html5-file-upload.php to the following: https://gist.github.com/KZeni/9946602

I updated the code to be protocol independent (if this were to be used on a site using HTTPS), and switched to using the latest versions of things as well.

It really is a simple matter where this plugin needs to have this code updated to continue functioning. Maybe it could be set up to use https://cdnjs.com instead so the GitHub links might change in the future, but this guaranteed to work.
