Not working correctly

Show page Idea (button) are not working. Link in Help page showing where to look is not working. Adding the code ‘[idea_factory hide_submit=”off” hide_votes=”off” hide_voting=”off”]’ not working neither.
Adding 1 to setting ‘Voting Threshold’ didn’t change anything.
