Not working corretly on iphone, ipad

On iphone and ipad (ios 6.1) the contents of each tab don’t display separately under their own tab – contents of all tabs (or in my case both tabs)display in the same long tab and clicking on the tabs only moves down the page to what should be the beginning of the tab. Tabs acting like anchors on a page instead of links to a new tab.
