not working for me

What version of WordPress, and WooCommerce are you running?

Also what other plugins are installed and activated, most importantly ones that work with WooCommerce like extensions?

A good first step is to test with the default theme like Twenty Fifteen (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentyfifteen/).

A good second test is to deactivate all other plugins besides WooCommerce and Woocommerce Loyal Customer and test. If the deactivating of other plugins results in it working then activate each, one at a time until it is not working again.

These two steps will help determine or rule out a plugin or theme conflict.

Sadly, nothing changes. I am on WordPress 4.1.5 and Woocommerce 2.3.7

I already did the test you recommended. I switched to default “Storefront” theme, with all the plugins deactivated except WooCommerce and WC Loyal Customer.

All orders are shown on WooCommerce’s Orders section, but no luck on Loyal Customer.

What else could it be? Can anyone guarantee that it works on WP 4.1.5 and WC 2.3.7?
