• I have set up a user and created a link, posted it on another website page but I just get:

    Sorry…
We couldn’t find what you were looking for. Please try again or return to the homepage

It does seem to log me in, but I don’t go to the homepage for some reason.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What did the URL look like? It should have looked something like this, right:

    https://anstyguide.azurewebsites.net/?autologin_code=LUkfcn6pWt67QYKKRncMXddoDCGQ2TBV

The error you are experiencing seems to point to an error with the first part of the URL. Not sure though. What version of PHP are you running? That was a common issue in the past – website running very old versions of PHP. This does not seem very likely in this case however,.

I’m seeing this exact problem. I copied the auto login URL direct from the profile pages, and also from the newer page generated URL, which gives me the same code, with that page in the path. Both result in a 404 error. I am using this on a multi-site, and the plugin is used in a site with a sub folder path.

It seems that once you access the link, you can navigate to the profile page, but the private subscriber pages are not visible.
