Not working for me.

I used the inspector in Chrome and found only one id that was a random string – and didn’t work. I tried a number of other selectors, the most promising of which were .wp-block-navigation and .wp-block-navigation_content. I also set z-index to 99999 but it is still not working for me. I have flushed caches. What am I missing?
