Ok, so are you using Express Checkout then? the 3DSecure calls are the only ones that would be using SOAP. Are you sure you don’t have that option enabled? When exactly are you seeing the blank page with a 1?

Anyone Update on this, it redirecting in firefox on paypal but in chrome it is showing 1 and blank page. on firefox paypal design is broken.

That’s an interesting variable to throw into the mix. We can’t do anything about the design of the PayPal page, of course. Can you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing there?
