@robinwestergren – have you chosen the targeting options in the righthand sidebar? Also, if you are wanting the popup to open automatically, make sure you have selected the “Auto Open” settings near the bottom of the editor.

Yes, its set to Entire site and the check box for open automatically is checked.

@robinwestergren – It appears that there is a conflict with the slider. Can you test this by deactivating the slider plugin and seeing if the popup works?

The slider is not a plugin, it’s “built” in to the theme. Hmm, need to figure this thing out, probably you are right about the conflict. Thanks.

@robinwestergren – Actually I’m getting a JS error dealing with this line SyntaxHighlighter.all(); It says that that function doesnt exist. Any error in JS will cause popups to stop working and any other JS that hasn’t run yet to fail as well.

Commenting that line may resolve the issue, but it likely is because that script isn’t loaded.
