Not working (for me) on on some devices

    Hello.

    I added ImbaChhat widget to a new wordpress Page using; blocks > Public Chat and it works beautifully on Mac desktop. However chat box does not appear on that page (www.101christianchat.com/chat/) on iPhone or iPad (though I do get a speech bubble on homepage on iPhone – but nothing on iPad).

    Please test this page with;
    username: femaletest
    p: *321

    Note: even though chat works great on desktop, I do get error what I try to connect to widget in wp-admin – is that a problem? (I disabled Wrdfence)

    Could you please specify the error that you get in wp-admin? You can copy the error text or give us a screenshot.

    But chat still works on desktop ??

    One more question: is there a way to click username in chat to open user profile?

    We have checked the chat on IPad Pro 12.9 2020. The plugin is working there:

    What IPad model did you test the chat on?

    What did you do before this error has appeared?

    “is there a way to click username in chat to open user profile?” – We will add this feature a bit later. It is in our development plan.

    My iPad is not new but many people still use it – iPad Model MC770B/A Version 9.3.5(13G36).

    Regarding widget connection error – I did nothing – I just installed plugin and all worked (on desktop only) so I thought I better test “connect to widget” just to see!
