Not working for multisite

On multisite installations, the necessary scripts (e.g. /wp-content/plugins/carousel-slider/assets/js/admin.js) are not loading on edit page (/wp-admin/post.php?post={xxx}&action=edit) and carousel sliders cannot be edited.
