not working for protected document

Hi I just installed this plugin for my client’s website to embed a protected pdf within a page. Everything works well for the documents that are not password protected. Fails to load while using the plugin to embed a password-protected pdf. It says, “There was a problem previewing this document.Retrying…” and nothing happens next. Please do a quick reply as I need some help urgent, before trying other plugins. Thank you.
