    Hello,

We have set this up using retina.js on a website running the latest version of WooThemes Canvas (5.11.4). When we access the site via Safari on iPhone (5s) the site logo does not display at all (not even the lower res desktop version) – instead it displays as a broken link (a transparent box with a pixel border and the img alt text).

We have duplicated the site to a test bed domain and the behaivour is repeated here also. We have also disabled ALL other plugins and thus ruled out a plugin conflict.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Hi,

Which Retina method are you using? What is your website?

    Thank you for the reply.

Method is Retina.js. We have since renamed the image file and re-uploaded both the desktop and retina @2x versions and it appears to now be working.

Does this sound like a glitch? If so have you come across this before?

Mmm, not sure, it doesn’t sound like a bug, it sounds like the file might not have been here, or was a retina for full-size which hasn’t been uploaded previously. Might be that ??
