Not working for wp 4.0.1

All I get is 10 stars with 5 of them blue. Actually it’s probably 4.9 blue as that is the rating but I get no text. Tried it as the widget and with the shortcode in a page. Made sure any other facebook related plugin was disabled. Still a no go.
Not sure why I’m getting 10 stars either as 5 is the max.
