Not working / Help limited

Paid for the pro version. So far it’s not working. Was contacted by support basically telling me to instal and clear my cache. So I deleted the plug in, cleared the cache and reinstalled it. Still not working.
They said if that did not work then I should give them ADMIN access so they can fix it. Huh, no. Not a great way to have customer service.
I’ll update my rating should I actually get the help to get it running, but right now, I am not a happy customer.
Edit in: I received a message (quoted below) basically telling me that it works fine for them so they can’t help me. They got their money and now I have something that will not work and they won’t help with it. Crappy company.

EDIT # 2:
Wow they are trying to bully me with only offering a refund if I remove my review. From their e-mail:
“I can do the first step and issue an immediate refund if you agree to remove that review ” — So I can’t get a refund unless I remove my review. WOW. Also its a voucher and not a refund. So I could only use it to get another one of their products. At this point I don’t believe I will do that. I guess I’ll just write this off as a loss. Hopefully others will not have the same experience.
