Not working in China?

I was able to track the error on IE9 using a remote server in China. This error appears:

SCRIPT16385: Not implemented

Hello vanduzled,

are they able to play the video on https://foliovision.com? Is that a single video or a playlist? I suspect this might be something site specific, as I’m noticing no issues in IE 9.
