    In fact it just won’t show in firefox, the browser message is there when you inspect the element but isn’t actually shown.

    The unfortunate nature of browser based video recording is that older mobile devices, poor web cam setups, bad internet connections, strange browsers and various combinations of these issues can cause recording issues. The most efficient and simple solution is try another device. We find that about %93 of devices and internet connections work fine.

    Hope this helps! And please post a link to the page with the recorder on it so I can test.
