I also tried to specify width and play around with different numbers, but it doesn’t help.

yes .. i website i am open with iphone/ipad and ipod safari browser video cannot play.. please check and fixed this plugin

I am sorry for the trouble. The issue is not with the plugin.
We are making use of the document viewer services from Google, Microsoft, and Box.com for a seamless experience. We do not have control over any features that comes with the viewer.
