Not working in IE 7 and 8

Hi,
I’m considering buying this plugin. However, I noticed that the demo page does not display the portfolio in IE 7 and 8. It looks fine in Chrome and FF but I haven’t tried Safari.
So what’s the deal? Is it incompatible with older version of IE or is there a workaround?
