I have the same issue (jollyorangephotography.com). I have PHP 7.2 and all the items enabled on the scripts & styles page (I saw a different thread saying this helped others but it did not help me).

Hello, have you tried to re-install Ocean Extra? Because this function is present in OceanWP so you should not have this issue.

Hi, I have an account on altervista.org and on it they have in the dashboard a menu voice that is “Mobile” I disabled it and I can display right on mobile device.
If it is enable fatal error occured.
If you want I can let you in in my altervista.org account.
