I deactivated Ocean Extra and then reinstalled it. I still have the same Fatal Error (1857).

Problem resolved. I removed the plugin “wptouch mobile” and the website now works on mobile devices. ??

I have the same issue as some of the other users. As soon as I activate ocean extra, it becomes inaccessible on mobile devices. It works fine on laptops/PCs though.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function oceanwp_post_id() etc…

I also had the wptouch mobile installed and removed it to no effect.
Additionally, Elementor is not functioning on my laptop, but it is at our hosting provider…(emptying cache was tried)? Any ideas?

My website oceanwp dont open the vídeos on mobile version. I have two projects with the same problem. Only Pictures the sistem reconize and open. If I change to vídeo the Page only open a White page with imagens. I did many tests. I need help. If I give you my website can you check the problem ?

Hello, I can for sure try see and try to know why you have this problem. Have you tried with a different theme? Do you have this problem only with OceanWP or all themes?

Desktop view is perfect, the problem is Only with mobile version and when I minimize the the screen the vídeo desapear too.

Make a test. also the elementor App show that is working the mobile but when you vi the customization área the mobile dindt work.

Well, I dont know others template that have this kind of vídeos that display automatic. If you can recomend me some similar template I can try. Its should work because the site is responsive.

Oh, yes, it is normal, on mobile, Elementor doesn’t allow videos, you can reach them to know if there is a solution.

I saw a vídeo tutorial that show that mobile video Works. This is very boring situation for me. Can you try to fix it please ? I would like to resolve that soon as possible, because I have a meeting wenesday and I need the website 100% good. But I think the fast solution will be if you coul’d help to find this bug before the elementor request my message. It’s a serius problem because I lost my old website homepage because I trusted on this Project With oceanwp with Elementor.
If I knew that Will be impossible to fix that I never Will change my old website. Please ask your team to help us my friend, I Will be very happy with that. I lost many time already.
