Not working in my "Contact" page.

It looks like your theme doesn’t use the the_content filter. What theme are you using?

I am using “Avada” theme.

That theme should work, but please contact your theme’s support team to make sure it support these filters:

the_content, the_excerpt, widget_text, comment_text, comment_excerpt'

Email addresses outside these filters are not being encoded by this plugin. See the FAQ.

Hi… I talked with the support team of my theme (Avada) and they replied as:

“We do use the the_content(); function to display the post and page content, so if the plugin works as advertised, I don’t think there should be any issues there.”

However your plugin does not work in my website as advertised.

Great. Looks like it’s working. If you have a look at the source code, you can see that the email address above the contact form is encoded.

Hi, I think you’re talking about “line 159” in the source file. Ok, I saw it, however I still see my email adress at “line 17” and “line 63″… My email adress is still there in the source page in those lines. So doesn’t it mean that the robots are still able to harvest my email adress from those two lines?

That’s because those parts of your website don’t use standard content filters. You can talk to your developer about encoding these emails as well, have a look at “How can I filter other parts of my site?” in the FAQ.
