Not working in user change avatar

Hi, I have the latest version of wordpress and buddypress and even with the default buddypress theme and only bp-avatar-suggestions, and buddypress as active plugins it dont work.
It appears in the admin area, I can upload avatars and everything, but in the user change avatar area dont appear.
And I have checked the settings in the buddypress page for your plugin work.

Any Ideas? I really want to use this plugin.
