Not working in wp subfolder

Hi there,
The plugin doesn’t rewrite wp-includes and wp-content new folders names. My WP website is installed in its own folder.
Is there anything I can do to resolve the issue?

Thanks for your reply.
I confirm using the Method described in the previous article (Method II with URL change), and the domain structure is : domain.com/wp_folder/
