Not working in WP4. No luck with different themes.

Hi,
I can’t get this to work at all, I’ve tried using various different themes and this is now set to the default WP 2014 theme.
I ‘ve set up a Foundation demo page here – https://www.buildtest.co.uk/cms-wp/about/a-page/foundation-kitchen-sink this is a mix of short codes from the plugins and HTML from a foundation demo page, none of which are working.
I’ve disabled all plugins except the EFS plugin.
The EFS plugin is set to default using the plugin for both .js and .css files.
I just don’t understand why this is not working at all, any help gratefully received.
