Not Working Issues unresolved waiting for answers

  • Hello Smart Manager,
    I have 2 issues and a suggestion.
    1-Issue: Attributes column when added displays different data that is in the record. For instance, I have a size 12 garment and it clearly states that size in Attributes. However, in attributes column it will say Size 14. You replied previusly that I may have imported something incorrectly. I have tried several methods and there is definitely a bug.
    2-Issue: Advanced Search is erratic. For Instance, I search “Category” is X and it returns properly but when you add a second criteria on the same line which is supposed to be an “and”, it ignores it and acts like it is OR.
    Suggestion: Add In stock column at variant level if possible because if you manually change stock using inline editing, it would be nice to updtae this field at the variant level.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    With regards to the ‘attributes’ data not getting displayed correctly for the products, could you please confirm whether you are able to reproduce the same issue when creating new variable product from the wooCommerce products menu.

    Further, for the advanced search we are unable to reproduce the same issue . So, it would be really helpful if you could create the a temporary admin and forward us the login credentials at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    Also, would like to update you that you can currently update the ‘stock’ field for both the products and the variations using the inline and batch update functionality of Smart Manager. Please do let us know your views on the same.
