not working, no support

    purchased full version and after several months it stopped working without me changing or updating anything. The plugin doesn’t block any countries/IP instead it blocks my own IP and there is no option to remove that from the list. I opened a support ticket and was told it should be working, I replied with more details, it’s been over a month and no reply ??
