• The plugin was working earlier until I changed the API password.
    Now I am not able to delete the plugin from wordpress and if I delete it manually using FTP then when I reinstall the plugin all the old settings are coming back. How to delete the plugin completely and install freshly with new settings? Also The plugin not working after I created new API key. I followed all the instructions but the payment gateway is disabled.

    Please help.

    G’day Ravi,

    You should be able to delete the plugin after deactivating it in the WordPress plugins admin. The settings will not be removed though.

    You can add a new key and password in the settings. You need to set both key and password, and also the Client Side Encryption key — this may have changed too, so make sure you set all three.
