Not working now ?

Hi,

After i upgraded this plugin today “Theme My Login” to version 7
it has broken your plugin, so all my settings for this plugin, who was able to see what based on their role, is gone, that means its still there but the boxes where i can
choose under menu who should have what access is gone,
i have tried to make a new page as a test to see if i can get the access boxes there , but nothing anymore, have you any solution to be able to see your plugin text boxes again ?
