• Hi,

    I have installed Adminize and configured the options from Settings panel. However, the hide menu options settings do not seem to have any effect for a custom role user (nor for the regular user roles). The strange thing is that these same options work in staging environment which is an exact copy of production.
    I cannot seem to figure this difference. I have exported the options I had used in staging and imported them to prod, made sure that the plugin is active too. Do help, i’m at my wit’s end with this.

    I found out that if you deleted default user roles the plugin will not work for the custom user roles

    Thanks for your reply!
    I did come across the thread where deleting default user roles was mentioned as a cause, but in my case we only have added a new role. The existing ones are still there. Also, the plugin is working on the staging set up which is an exact replica of the production environment. Other than a caching plugin on prod.
    Do you have any ideas?
