Not working on Access Basic widgets

I cannot force the “Footer One” “Footer Two” etc. widgets to appear on any other page than HOME. Whatever I check (and yes I have “Show on checked”) it won’t apply. Cache cleared, I can disable the widgets on HOME and it works, but enabling it anywhere else does not work.
