Not working on all pages

I too have issues with getting the background video to work:

I have placed the videos (mp4 and webm) and the static image in
wp-content/uploads/2016/01.

Put the urls in the relevant boxes for body, but nothing shows, not even the static image.

I can’t get this to work on any of my pages. I currently have it set up on this page and have tried using for both .header and body.

Not sure if anyone can help me with this. It’s still not working with with either IE or Chrome.

I solved my issue by altering the screen resolution and width of the post/page. I don’t know if this is of any help, but it is what got my video background to be seen.
