NOT WORKING on Blog homepage

On the main page of my blog, https://www.buckheadmagazine.com/blog/
I have Lazy Loading turned off, but it’s not working, as it’s not loading ANY other pictures but one…
When I turn it on, ALL images load at the same time – which doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having Lazy Load in the first place??
