Not working on Chrome and firefox

    Hi, the lightbox isn’t working with Chrome and Firefox – when I click on the image – it doesn’t pop up and nothing happens. Same on mobile devices!

    Hi,

    I will be happy to help.

    One of the first steps to troubleshoot is to deactivate all your other plugins and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, start reactivating one at a time and checking after each to see which one triggers the problem.
